I recently bought a car from Quay Garage and the customer service I received was fantastic. First of all, to walk into the reception was an absolute pleasure - it was clean and tidy. We dealt with Penny and her daughter Hannah. The handover was superb. Penny went through every item of paperwork and then made sure we were happy with everything in the car before we drove off. We have since taken our other car in for Mot and again we are really happy with the customer service we received. As long as I live in this location, I will always use Quay Garage and as a female I feel very comfortable asking questions or if I have any concerns. Some garages can be quite intimidating. I highly recommend Quay Garage.

Excellent garage. Bought a Volvo recently from them. Needed a new radiator as it had a slight leak.
Replaced the radiator on the day they said, under warranty, also threw in a new wiper blade AND washed the car for me.

I was recommended to Quay Garage,and was so glad I part exchanged my Mercedes with them.Amazing customer service from start to finish,from a friendly, dedicated team of staff. The website is spot on and they really deliver what they promise!
A flat battery, not usually under warranty, saw my car collected, repaired, fitted with new battery, returned very quickly and efficiently, at no cost!
Five star customer service, can't thank them enough. Thoroughly recommended!
